Head of Delegations or Head Coaches will register athletes, coaches and Unified partners to participate at this event. All regular up-to-date athlete medicals and Unified partner/coach paperwork is required, just like traditional SOMN competitions. In addition, each participant (or their guardian if they are not their own guardian) will need to complete the online COVID-19 waiver

Check with your Head of Delegation or Head Coach to see if your team is participating. If your delegation isn’t participating and you would like to, please email [email protected].

  • Quota survey for delegations attending will be due Friday, September 11.  Please complete the survey if your delegation will have individuals attend this competition.
  • Online registrations will be due Sunday, September 20. Instructions will be sent to delegations on September 11 who complete the quota survey.
  • ALL paperwork and errors/exceptions will be due on Sunday, September 27.

Delegations are not holding in person practices at this time. Athletes, Unified partners and coaches should continue to practice on their own and stay in contact with their Head Coach and teammates virtually.

Special Olympics Minnesota will email out the schedule notifying participants when they should arrive and post it online on one week prior to the event date. We will schedule delegations at the venue that is closest to them so we can limit cars that are in the parking lot. Each participant will be scheduled for a shift time similar to bowling.
